Use as a cooking ingredient only.
I was seeking an alternative to a well-known brand of English mustard powder (suddenly only stocked in tiny tins at high prices?) which I use both as a table condiment and as a smoothing and emulsifying agent in cooking. This "Indian" mustard power (actually grown in Canada) has almost no flavour at all as a condiment but does function as an emulsifying agent in stews and sauces quite well.
