Thinking about it, don’t order it
Excellent quality superb fit worth getting the extra length. If you’re thinking about doing any more windows it’s a pain to remove the old seal but once you’ve done it the windowsill excellent just a time to do it in the summer getting ready for the winter very good value for money thank you Amazon for supplying such a good product such a good price.

Good quality
Bought to rejuvenate my upvc doors, fantastic bit of kit, easy to use and fit, definitely will buy again when needed and cheaper than a new door!

not difficult to fit , press in with thumbs
I bought this to replace the seal on my French doors, it worked perfectly, a little tricky to fit at first but when finished gave a perfect seal.

Good product, easy enough to fit it yourself but do measure first
Having noticed a draft coming from the window, I found online that the seal might be the problem and looked at how to replace it (there are some good videos to show you how, just do a search). I actually removed the window and brought it inside, which made it easy to remove the old seal and put in the new one. It would’ve been very fiddly to do it around the hinges otherwise. I would consider myself to be a competent amateur DIY’er, and I managed fine to both remove the window and to put in this new seal. I did measure the gaps as recommended by other reviews, to make sure I had the correct seal, and it popped in just fine. Just take your time to go round and press it in, sometimes needs an extra press after so a second check round the edges is worth it. So far no draft, so I think it’s a job well done. Very pleased with it.

Sore thumbs! - but I am not an expert!
found it hard to fit in my "old doors -15 years of age) have sore thumbs and fingers!. However seems to be working although quality compared to "old" seal looks lower. price ok and some tips on fitting available online. however beware the expert fitters they make it look so easy lol!

Very easy to install
I'd never changed the seals on our UPVC windows before and as they are ageing a bit the current seals had become flattened to the point where there was a significant breeze coming through some areas of the windows, especially noticeable in the bedrooms during the winter.Had I have known how easy these were to change I'd have done it when we first moved into the property. Unfortunately a couple of the old seals had rotted and become very brittle which made removing them a bit of a pain. But once out, fitting the new seals was very easy, they just popped right into the groove around the window and the inner frame. This was made easier as the seals come slightly pre-lubed, if they start to dry out whilst fitting just add a bit of soapy water which helps them sit a bit easier.I've now changed all of the seals in my home and it's made a vast difference. No more draughts to contend with.Even though these were branded as universal fit seals I had a couple of windows where the grooves in the frame were smaller and these were just a bit too large to fit, so I had to research and find some different seals. I didn't even realise there were different types and sizes until then.
