What is sodium mg per serving?

It's 704 mg per 1 tablespoon serving, which is about 30% less sodium than Soeos' regular organic soy sauce. Since salt is used in the process of fermenting the soy sauce, it is unavoidable. Remember, too, that soy sauce is used in Asian cuisine to add salt to the food. If you find it too salty, use less to suit your taste.

The title on this page says this Low Sodium version is Dark Soy Sauce, but it doesn't say DARK soy sauce on the bottle. IS it DARK soy sauce?

I am not aware of soy sauce that is colorless or of perceivable major differences between light and "dark" color soy sauce. That, of course, may be due to my limitations. However, describing Soeos Organic Low Sodium as "dark" seems to be reasonable. My guess is that the ingredients (organic or not), concentration of salt (low sodium or not however "low is defined") and flavor perception (whether you like it or not) is probably what counts.
