Well, I did not receive all off the items listed in the description. However, the seller was quick to respond and offered me a replacement. I said that it was OK for the time-being, and just to send me a replacement if/when he/she gets a silver or grey version in.I wanted three (3) things from this product:1) A fluid pen that I don't need to take apart to use. 2) A glass breaker that doesn't compromise the usability of the pen. 3) A quality flashlight.This checks those boxes. I just hope a silver or grey version comes into the seller's hand.

I bought the pen for it’s versatility and safety features (example: I love the fact that the tungsten steel tip isn’t sharp, so it won’t break the user’s skin on accident.) I thought it would look great in the padfolio I bought someone on my Christmas list and when it came in I was amazed at how strong the material is! You can tell just by holding it that this pen is EXTREMELY well made and yes, I did test the writing. We won’t tell the person I bought it for lol, but as a result I can safely say that it writes really well too xD in fact, I liked it so much that I bought more for others on my Christmas shopping list and am planning to buy a couple for myself too. Usually I don’t do detailed reviews, I give stars and then I’m done, but this pen is totally worth the review and the purchase. I’m extremely happy with this pen XD

Its definitely sturdy, but the fact that you have to find a place to keep the pieces you are not currently using is a pain even for someone who is overly critical of keeping things in place, that's not myself personally, But it's not practical.The products minor setback is overshadowed greatly by the wonderful customer service and support from manufacturer, without any attempt on my part, they reached out to see if they could make it a more pleasant experience for me, and willing to refund fully due to my lack of enthusiasm for this one and only issue I've had complaint for.I will definitely continue my interactions with someone who makes such attention for the customer so important to reach out and sway the experience back to a pleasant one

The media could not be loaded.  Although I love the concept of this little pen gadget buyers should beware!! As you can see in the video this does not break glass at all… especially when compared to a full size glass breaker I try at the end of the video. If this was used in an emergency to break glass you most likely would be dead before it MAYBE would break the glass!

I bought this as a gift and it seems to be cool idea having all the accessories in a pen. The packaging was very nice, and I like the idea that it has spare ink refills to increase the lifespan of this pen.

Little on the heavy side if using to write with a lot. I unscrew the flashlight part and problem solved. I was able to take it on an airplane. Overall it's a good tactical pen.
