Needs improvement
I do use this instead of typical plastic cling wrap and it works well enough though not as well as plastic wrap. I can live with that (so can the planet). The major issue I have, is it comes as a roll of with premeasured perforations which makes it difficult to use. So, you cannot just tear off random lengths. But worse it does not tear at perforations, it just shreds. I have to cut it with scissors to get any useful piece.

Not easy to tear
A good product but it is not easy to tear apart.

Worth it to avoid using plastic
Ultimately, the learning curve needed to figure out how to make this product work is far outweighed by the fact that it doesn't end up in a landfill. And really, after a couple tries, it's very easy to use. And frankly, doing the right thing by the environment should be worth some very short term inconvenience. Otherwise you're just a poser who claims to care about the environment but isn't willing to do the work to avoid products that will benefit your children. So suck up the initial, minor difficulties and make a change.

For a greener earth
I've been looking for a plastic film that is compostable. I bake a lot and use cling wraps very often. Wanting to reduce my carbon foot print, I was so happy I found one that is compostable. However, it is really difficult to get a clean cut. I wasted so much trying to get a whole piece. Everytime I roll, it gets cut off mid way - it is very flimsy. The "cutter" doesn't really work, I sort of have to attach the ones from my Costco brand. Having said that- I will still use it and just figure out a way that I won't be wasting as much, even though they are compostable. Patience required if you wanted to use this product ☺

Nearly impossible to get a whole sheet
While I appreciate the idea behind having 100% compostable packaging, in practice it renders the sheet borderline unusable. Tearing the sheet by hand invariably causes vertical tears through the sheet, reducing it to ribbons. Even when I try to scrap it by wasting the whole sheet to get a new clean edge, trying to tear the sheet on a perforated edge just creates new vertical tears as the perforations don't separate easily enough. I've gone through ~8 "sheets" of the plastic wrap, and all but one of them went straight into the garbage due to being unusable. The box needs to have a cutting edge on it, perhaps made out of recyclable/compostable plastic if not metal. The current solution is simply not working if the goal was to make a **usable** alternative to standard plastic wrap.

don't bother...
I really wanted to like it. I was obviously ok paying more for an eco-friendly product. But this is just way too bad in all other respects. It is really difficult to use. Every time I try to rip out a section, it almost always rips in the middle, and perforated edges do not really help. The packaging was done quite poorly as well so it's hard to use that to neatly pull out a section neatly. I am probably not really explaining this very well, but it's just so frustratingly difficult to use. I am giving it a two-star rating only because I do not feel right about giving an eco-friendly product less than that.

So disappointed
This product is so thin that it is unusable. I cannot get it off of the role. In the picture if you look closely you will see how it just became shreds after the first time I tore off a section. I could not get a hold of a piece to even begin to pull off another section. It is literally 17 small shreds. No way to get a new section started. I followed the directions on the package and only got to use on piece of their compostable cling wrap. What a total disappointment. I'm going to throw both packages in the trash and will continue to use glass containers and just avoid plastic wrap as much as possible.

A waste of money
One problem is this product is so thin that its impossible to get off the roll. One roll became a tangled mess almost immediately and had to be thrown away. The product ripped and we couldn’t get a straight edge to pull off the roll, it just kept shredding. The other roll has faired a bit better but its still a struggle to use. The second problem is there is no cuter, just the jagged paperboard of the box. It isn’t strong/sharp enough to cut the product evenly and cleanly which causes the shredding.

Impossible to tear
This is a fabulous idea. But this does not work. First it is impossible to tear along the serrated lines. Second as you attempt to tear it off it starts sticking to itself and you end up with a balled up mess. Also it is hard to pull the wrap out of the box. Fix the problem with the nasty tearing first.

Terrible product
It shreds to pieces trying to remove it off the roll. Nearly impossible to get a full sheet. The box has no decent serrated edge to tear a piece off. Good thing it’s compostable because both boxes were a complete waste.

Awkward
Awkward a f to tear and get to fit . Sold as compostable, maybe make it work first
