Needs two strong people to assemble
Assembly was tricky and needed 2people. The finished bed is sturdy and looks attractive. The lift up mechanism is great although it requires quite a bit of effort to open it.

Product information is incomplete. The base of the ottoman is not solid but rather a flimsy meshy material, so good luck not tearing it if you are moving the bed.Returning large items was a nightmare so best to buy large products in store rather than online or you're lumbered with it.Their attitude is an 'I don't care' and rather patronising one.If I could give them a negative star rating I would.
