Hello, The SunGaiter's are one-size-fits-all, and expand to accommodate a wide range of sizes.

Q: Does this have a pony tail hole at the back like the women's version?

The SunGaiter is in Florida and I am now in Massachusetts. My recollection is that it did not have such a pony tail hole.
