Not functional
I do not like is at all!! The top strap keeps going forward no matter what I do to try and make it stay and it is the most annoying thing ever! I wish I can return it but I have already washed it unfortunately.

Comfortable & Supportive
Surprisingly comfortable for a post-surgery garment. Used after neck liposuction and Renuvion procedure. It provides good support and is easy to wear for long periods. The seams leave some indentations, but that’s expected. Overall, a solid choice for recovery.

Fabric Differences
This is about as comfortable as you would think it is. I just wanted to say, though, that when I got my surgery done, I was put in a large. I ordered the medium to size down after swelling has gone down. The fabric on the neck of the medium is shorter than the fabric on the large. I definitely prefer the length on the large neck, than the medium. I don’t feel like the medium provides enough coverage. Value for money: The price that they are charging on Amazon is the same price that I paid at my plastic surgeon.
