Innova - Champion Discs DX Destroyer Golf Disc, 173-175gm (Colors may vary)

I've been wanting to try a Destroyer, but concerned whether I could throw in with enough speed. So I got a light-weight disc like the ones sold here. My first throw was the longest drive I've had in a long time. I'm a senior player, an amateur, so getting glide is important to me. As long as i watch my form, this thing goes!

Farthest flying disc I own. I can throw just under 300 ft consistent. Where my other discs 250-280ft. Fly's super straight. I did good in 18mph winds just throw flat back hand. Favorite disc I’ve tried.

Disc golf

The first time I threw this, in a scrub brush field, it got gouged. No rocks or concrete anywhere. It flies okay, but I prefer the Latitude 64 Ballista distance driver better. Additionally, I was disappointed I didn't get the black one, like in the description, although I know it says colors may vary. It kind of sucks they do that.

The destroyer is one of the all-time great discs, this particular destroyer in the DX plastic is fun but certainly not as great as the champion destroyer which is slightly more expensive. I gave it five stars but really it's closer to four due to the DX plastic, not because of the disc itself. The DX plastic will get beat up very quickly, especially on cement and will become more stable the faster it gets beat up. Whether you buy it in a starter pack or just by itself, it will give you a taste of what nicer discs are like all while in a very reasonable price range. If I could start a new person with six discs, on a budget, I would start them with this as their distance driver

Ok this is my first destroyer so this might be common for this disc so idk, but the plastic is extremely soft, I can dig a piece of plastic off the disc with just a finger nail.. but this disc is extremely stable.. it was honestly correcting some of my mistakes in my tee off, I was throwing it better than my boss .. it’s an awesome disc just please use better plastic.. I definitely will need to buy another one or couple because one game with the disc it looks like I’ve had it for a while., and definitely try not to hit any trees, you’ll get some pretty gnarly dents in the edge of the disc.

Honestly I didn't know if I would like it or not when I purchased it. But its definitely earned a top spot in my bag now.

This disc is awesome. A bit tricky a first you need a good technique to get the most of it. Only draw back is that you can't choose the color. Instead of being like the picture ( black with red marking), mine came purple and the drawing are like a rainbow.So my buddies are craking up everytime I draw my "Purple-Destroyer-Rainbow style". I admit it's easier to find in bushes. But if you do get this color, make sure you can a solid 350 feet throw out of it otherwise you get some good laugh.

Disc as advertised. I was put off by the bright pink colour. However, I have come to appreciate it as the disc is very easy to find.

As a beginner I found this disc requires me to lean into my throw more to get the most out of it. Fantastic distance and the hot pink colour makes it easy to spot!

This has become my staple driver. The baseline plastic is a lot more understable than other Destroyers (especially once it's a bit broken in), which makes it a great disc for tailwind drives. Furthermore, as a guy with fairly big hands that throws mostly backhands, I think this is the most comfortable disc mold I've found.
