Way to much money for this book!!

At first I was optimistic because of the packaging of the book, but when I opened it I was very disappointed. It wasn’t a book at all, but pages of the book that were hole punched, thereby requiring a binder to keep it all together. While putting the pages in a binder, I noticed several pages were out of order and several pages missing once I put them in order myself. I’m not sure what to do since I need this book for classes that already started and can’t wait for another one to be shipped.

I ordered this product expecting to receive connect access based off the product description. I opened the product to find out if it came with the access only to I realize it was access free and that I would no longer be able to return this book.
