I didn't realize how long I have been needing a water filter system. I dealt with bottled water for years. I feel this was the best purchase I've made in a long time. Easy to use. I stopped buying bottled water so I'll pay for this filtering system in 3 months. It's well built stainless steel. I'm sure this will last me a lifetime.

Nothing to dislike water filter is on point just make sure you switch out the Filters

Description says 14" tall. It is actually 21" tall, plus knob makes it 21.5" tall, a full 2" taller than Berkey or other brands. Quality seems good but I didn't fully assemble or use. It was too tall to fit inder my upper cabinets. Bummer.

I liked the ease of set up and simple design. However, after setting up my Joypur Water Filter (and priming the filters before hand by running them under water), the filtered Joypur water tastes like chlorine. The filters leave a smell and taste that is even more chemically than my crummy city water. Don't waste your time, I sent it back in exchange for a Berkey.

I felt the quality is very good. Cannot imagine what more you would get by spending so much more money on some of the other units which are sold all over the internet. This even comes with 3 filters. After flushing the filters, the set up was a breeze. Within 15 minutes you can start filtering water. I did purchase a stainless steel spigot to replace the plastic one that was included. It's just a little extra protection!

I love my water filter!! I use it in my house, because my tap water is questionable. I was under the impression I would get 3,000 gallons per filter or per three filters, I forget.... But either way, I've had it for a year and the filters seems to be spent. They are still effective in cleaning water, but the top reservoir doesn't filter-drain to empty anymore. Now the top is always 1/3 full of water, and I have to add more to get it to filter. Seems like the filters are gunked up. Now, a year since I bought mine, I see a bunch of cheaper brands with much cheaper filters. This is the most expensive dual-reservoir gravity filter on the market, and the filters do not last as long as advertised. Water looks and tasted great, but I would recommend another brand, with cheaper replacement filters.
