It is not extremely wide. But it is great for my use.

This worked great to hold out the skirt and make it poofy. It held the skirt well throughout the whole event.. would recommend if you are looking for a slip to add volume to the dress.

Bought this for a show and while it was perfect length for my actor, it sadly doesn't really work for sizes over 3xl. It was an easy fix of cutting it open at the waist but just know that this isn't the perfect one size fits all hoop skirt.

I bought this expecting what was pictured as I need a super full petticoat for a ballgown. It isn't that full and does not have the same waist as pictured which I needed. The waist is elastic(which limits waist size usage) combined with velcro(not ideal for the satin dress) and drawstring. My waist is only 35in and it BARELY fits and is to the point I feel like the velcro might pop open if I try to sit with it. I don't have time to look for another and would honestly rather give it 2stars, but it is a 6 hoop black petticoat. I'll update with pictures after my husband is home to take them.

I am a plus sized woman. The velcro and string both helped in making it fit well to my body.
