No real need need for something this long have to my daughter

I bought this to connect my xbox controller to my Pc. Most usb c cables are ridiculously short and it seems like less and less companies wanna provide the proper cable with items when you buy them anymore. Yes I could toss some double A batteries into the back of my controller and use bluetooth but I just dont wanna both wasting batteries if connecting it direct works just as good. Its just need long enough cable for it to connect to the back of my tower and reach my chair. This gives me that extra space with plenty of cable to manage it behind and around things so it doesnt look ugly and in the way. I just plugged the usb wire into a power strip i have below the desk, that included 4 usb ports. When the wire is plugged in and into my phone, it states it will be fully charged in 1hr and 39 minutes, and my phone is at 53%. I dont know how good or slow that is. I know another wire i use at my bed usually takes 2 hours and some odd minutes, so 30 minutes-1hr less is faster in my eyes, but that depends on what someone else might be looking for. Also mind you if you are plugging this into a usb wall charger, that in itself can also affect the charge quality, so keep that in mind. I hardly use my phone unless im away from home. If im at home I touch my phone maybe 10% of the time. Its mainly used for calls or sending a quick msg if im away from my pc. If im at my pc I do everything else I need there. So i dont know how well it works with powering while you are on the phone at the same time. So far for what I need it connects fine, its compatible with my controller and its stable. There isnt a disconnect or issues, it runs smooth. I think the price was good enough i bought two and both of them work for what I need them for.

Review: I live in a beat-up RV that hasn’t moved since the Bush administration (no, the first one). Power outlets are wherever the extension cord gods allow, and this 20ft wonder lets me charge my phone from my bed, my porch, or even the folding chair I keep under the apricot tree for emotionally intense goat encounters. It’s braided, sturdy, and hasn’t frayed despite Clarence (my goat) thinking it’s a chew toy or possibly a rival. Charges fast, holds strong, and gives me just enough range to ignore the world without leaving the charger’s grasp. Would I buy another? Yes. Would Clarence approve? He already tried to mate with it. So… probably.

It works well for charging devices. However I got this hoping it would work for my PS4 controller. Lol. It doesn't and I found out it's my mistake. You need a data transfer cable. Which is a bit different than this usb cable. My mistake but I could use this long one for my other devices so it's all good. :)
