Microwave Heating Pad for Back Discomfort, Microwavable Heat Pads for Lumbar, Waist, Stomach, Neck Shoulder, Wrap with Moist Therapy, Warm & Cold Compress

I bought this a few years ago and used it every day. Helped warm up a very stiff back with arthritis, ddd and scoliosis. It lasted a long time until I put my phone in it so I couldn't hear it ring at night and then microwaved it in the morning and forgot the phone was still wrapped inside.

I've used beaded heating pads for a while now. The correct and best way to now have them burn in the microwave is heating it up in 20-30 second intervals, removing it and working the beads in between. I like the big Velcro strap on this one. Can be used is multiple areas of the body, like the shoulders and neck. Helpful and reliable when used correctly.

Doesn't seem to hold heat very long

This Microwavable heating pad is great. If I want to have heat on my lumbar but I also want to do small chores such as wash the dishes or if I want to lie down on my side this pad works wonderfully. It stays in place and keeps heat for about 45 minutes. It actually keeps heat longer than that but I like the heat to be very warm so 45 minutes is about the amount of time it stays nice an warm for me. It's so soft, is stuffed perfectly making it the perfect for the amount of filling to move to the contours of my body but not so loose that the insides move around and aren't touching my sore area. I've been using these type microwavable pads for several decades now and this brand is my favorite. I highly recommend.

This is a remarkably effective device! It’s pretty heavy I wish it was about half as heavy as it is. It really makes my microwave strain. It’s that heavy. Having said that, I’m very grateful that I ordered this and I’m using it. It’s completely effective. God bless

I've been using home made tube socks filled with rice which work perfectly fine for years however I wanted to have wider coverage of my back etc which I don't get from the roll type sock. I should have gotten this item long ago... Some key notes are the velcro allows for tighter positioning anywhere like a knee or elbow and simply being able to walk around while wearing it is a game changer. It holds the heat for a very generous long amount of time and the material is quite comfy. It is double sided which is a thoughtful feature for winter time or summer use. I would have like to be able to have a cover that comes off to wash but it doesn't though they provide a mesh bag to wash it in, have not done yet. I most likely would soak if sink as a delicate, not in washing machine or dryer. Definitely needs to be microwaved for at least 2 mins, I do 3 and my other micro that is not as strong for 4 mins. I'm used to wearing these daily so it may be too hot for some which you can play with the time duration. Have never tried freezing it and probably won't having separate items for that. Another huge factor is there is a lot of stuffing, it is very well filled unlike many others so you really get a concentrated heat w/even dispersement. This is not cheaply made at all, stitching is strong and overall quality for the price is more than I expected. I use this daily, really researched the different brands and this hit all the marks after experiencing it. Bought all my family one.

Weighs more than previous pad. Heat time is longer than previous pad. Comfortable size.

unlike other brands, this so far hasnt burnt through in the mw, the warmth and lumbar support both help.
