Ink cartridge description
I wanted the "regular" size 564 black ink cartridge. There was no way to identify the size I wanted to fit into the 1/4 inch slot in the cartridge/ HP Photosmart 7520 all in one pinter. Instead I received the 1/2 inch inch cartridge which I will keep since I can use it in the future. I described to customer service at HP headquarters and was told I needed "regular" size ink cartridge, which I ordered today.. Making size clear on order page would be very helpful. Otherwise delivery was OK.

No Customer Service, Ink does not work
Ink will not work. I tried contacting HP and they were of no help. Will never buy from them again. It’s too late to return the ink to Amazon because I always buy a pack early so I will never be without.

Name brands always work great!
This is a genuine HP ink jet printer cartridge. The old cartridge had been dried out for a while but this new one still worked fine. Had to do a couple of cleaning cycles first but it wound up printing great. Always go with the name brand, generics will leak every time.
