Worst Customer Service Ever
I bought two of these as a gift for my husband who loves being out in his garden. They broke on first use!!!! The PLASTIC adjustable backrest split into two pieces. We dealt with the most unhelpful person who, after our query as to whether we could obtain spare parts to fix it only offered £40 pound refund. We were shocked! A full refund for even one of the chairs would have been acceptable, £40 was an insult! Never again will we buy anything from this comp at, and if ever they do come back into stock, DO NOT BUY THEM!

COMFORTABLE
Ideal for my reduced mobility.and I can cope with moving it. Many positive points and not found, as yet any negatives. I have it covered at the moment due to heavy rain.

Happy
Received one box yesterday and another today. Laid everything out and checked all okay. Had it all done within an hour. No problems whatsoever. Just need some sunshine now to enjoy it.

screw holes dont match
5 screw holes did not align up and it also did not help with missing 6 bolts in the bag, so i had to buy an extra pack to complete the build, contact seller only for them to send auto response, which quite frankly is useless

Cheap Rubbish only half a bed sent
My wife ordered two beds with the grey cushions, two boxes came today I opened one and only half a bed inside broken as well. I opened the second box and still only half a bed. this bed will give give you trouble the cushion is in 2 so will slip away. can't believe they brand this as good quality absolute rubbish and a rip off.
