Q: Do these work for flat feet?

The reason I bought these is because I have flat feet. They work great for me.

Q: I have size 10.5 boots should I go with a size 10 or size 11 on this insole ?

10. They come in whole sizes 10/10.5 or 11/11.5 etc. then you have no trimming to do and the arch will fit closer to where it’s supposed to be.

Q: i am size 8 women’s what size would i order?

Thank you for your inquiry. At this time we only offer the Insite Footbed in men's sizes. We would not recommend modifying the footbed to fit in a women's boot because we do not think it would create a proper fit.
