"I discovered candy would be delivered during Spring Break to school. I contacted seller. Asked if item could be redirected from school address to my home. Was told that FedEx didn't offer redirect. Not true. FedEx offered to have shipment held at FedEx shipment center. FedEx told me if seller called, could redirect for $10. Seller refused even when I offered to pay and said not for Amazon Store customers! huh? Are we second class citizens?The candy is fine...the customer service is anything but and they are very terse and not at all customer service orientated. This item cost over $140.00 with shipping. Be forewarned that they won't go out of their way to assist you in the least and their return policies and shipping policies are not customer friendly at all. I realize that this is a grocery item, but heaven help you if the item is poor since they won't take it back, and if returned by FedEx for any reason, you get no refund. This company just lost any hope of repeat business for my school. Be sure to read the negative reviews because while the positive reviews are good...the negative ones are very telling and people have lost money with this company. The range of shipment arrival dates is too broad to be of any good to customers to plan on. Now, I have to drive 10 miles south of my school to go pick up this package and hope it has not been returned by FedEx. I would not recommend anyone shop here for anything too expensive. From what I read, they do not even take responsibility when candy arrives stale or melted.

while i love the candy in question. i was most definately not happy with the packaging and shipping. four tiny cold packs on top of a box filled with candy, not in any bag of any kind(literally just mini chocolates poured into the now very soggy box) does not keep chocolates cool. at all...i am unsure of wether these are even edible let alone if they will seperate. the whole box is soggy with oils from the melted chocolates. the top looked ok ("looked") but untill i chill them in the fridge over night, i cant say the rest is even still in the folded paper wrappers... but i highly doubt it.

Had I known this product would be Christmas candy wrapped in red and green foil, I never would have purchased it for use in May!

These are great for Halloween or the occasional treat. If they were dark chocolate, they would be healthier of course. But as an occasional treat they aren't too guilt-inducing. My favorites are Krackel and Mr. Goodbar. What's great is you don't have to eat a whole candy bar for just a little treat. Ingredients include:Chocolate, Vegetable Oil, Cocoa Butter, Palm, Shea, Sunflower ), Safflower Oil), Peanuts, Cocoa Butter, Nonfat Milk, Milk, Lactose, Crisp Rice, Milk Fat, Contains 2% or Less of: Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Whey, Soy Lecithin, Salt, PGPR, Artificial Flavor, Malt.If you can limit your treat to one piece, they are only 40 calories and about 4g of sugar. You can have 50g of added sugar a day says the World Health Organization so 4g for a treat is pretty good. 1/2 the calories are from fat.
