This works ok, but is not the super fix it's described as. it's hardly any match for just moderate anxiety. Not likely to help for PTSD, as it's advertised for, unless have to use the entire bottle to feel significant effect. The taste isn't too bad (which is saying a lot given the ingredients) and it's easy to use. It numbs the tongue some like any kava product. The biggest problem is it says 15 servings per bottle. But the dosage range is 5-15 sprays... that's a huge range! If you need 15 or more, this bottle barely contains 5 doses. at $6/ dose,

This stuff works great. A little too well, actually. I can’t take it during the day because it knocks me out with just 2 sprays. But it’s perfect for helping me get to sleep when my anxiety is keeping me awake. I just do 2 sprays under my tongue, let it sit for 30-60 sec and wash it down with a little water. About a minute later, I feel a little buzzed, and I’m able to drift off soon after. The price is a little steep, but it did last me 4 months using it as needed.

I liked the product,- it did help me relax. The only complaint I have is the rectal pain that followed from spending $28 on something the size of nail polish which has a serving size of 8 sprays. You do the math, it works, but you're only getting a few uses per bottle.

I’ve been using 1 Hour Break products since 2014. I like this 2.0 version better because the taste is improved- especially for a kava product! It has prevented many, many anxiety and panic attacks for me. I have given this as a gift to anxious friends and everyone loves it. I don’t leave home without it. Ever.

This product is amazing! Works quickly, taste is pleasant. The tingle when you first spray it takes a little getting used to, but it's not bad and then you don't even notice. I highly recommend as a holistic alternative to synthetic meds.

I’ve used the “original” flavor previously, and can’t really tell much difference in the taste. I was hoping it would taste significantly better.

Works great! Only problem is how small the bottle is. I’ve been using a kava pill for a few months but I got this bc I’m getting a large tattoo on a painful area and I wanted something more convenient to use during the actual tattoo so I move as little as possible and get instant relief when I need it. This will be perfect.

5 star product. Responsive and very friendly customer service. Really, an amazing product- totally worth the price. I've turned several people onto it and they swear by it as well. In the past, I'd drink kava tea if I'm feeling anxious, but this is much more effective, being that you can take it with you anywhere as well as the high quality kava. Will definitely continue to use this!
