[7 JUN 2021 UPDATE]As mentioned in my original review I tried to be cool about this item but something new had caused me to drop this from 3-stars to 2-stars.Although I’ve been very gentle with this case it doesn’t charge my phone as easy as it used to. The phone will be fully installed but after I hold the charge button down it won’t charge unless I press the lightning port section of the case up into the phone at the same time.If I don’t do this it acts like I’m just checking the battery level of the case.I’m still being generous with 2-stars because at least it charges my phone still. Just... unreliably and not 6500mah like it says. It’s more like 3000mah.[ORIGINAL REVIEW]When I first received this item it came about 50% charged. I charged it overnight until the four LEDs were steady-on.It charged my phone from 20-100% 2.5 times before the life LEDs were all depleted (dead is indicated by one LED rapid blinking when you check the remaining life).I charged the case until the LEDs were steady-on. It charged my phone from 20-55%. It didn’t complete a full charge cycle on my phone.I went to charge the case again. On maybe three continuous occasions I witnessed the LEDs go from 0-1-2-3-4 (this indicates it’s charging) to full steady-on within 10 minutes. I check the life after removing the charger. One quick flashing LED.I was going to claim a refund. After about 2 months of use the charging port started to become too lose to hold the iPhone lightning cable plug in and it would not charge anymore or only charge if hold in a certain position. I have been very careful with charging cable to avoid putting stress on the port but that did not help. The port became flimsy regardless. The battery life is good, the charging power is good, but the charging port is the weakest link that will make the case useless a lot faster than the charging battery itself.

easy to install and works great. makes handling the phone easier. Unfortunately it only lasted for 2 months. Now when plugged in shows 75-100% but will not charge the phone. Unplugged it shows 0-25% and will not charge the phone.

I really like it, really useful. It gives a full and a half charge. More than a month with it and still working!!!!

Lasted one month before it gave out. Don’t buy
