Q: What is the width of these straps?

Slightly less than 1/2 inch. They are 12 inches long with the tightest hole making them 10 inches around. They were way too loose & I have never used them.

Q: Can these be threaded through the little loop that’s already on ankle strap heels? I just need a longer strap than the one the shoe originally came w/

Yes. I got them for the little loop on my heels. I do want to mention they were a little too big for me so i had to make a few extra hole for it to fit well. but it worked

Q: Would these work on the back of clogs to keep them from falling off?

no. you need a loop on the back of the shoe to thread these through.
