I read about the properties of benzoin oil and how it could prevent hair loss, a nice treatment for itchy scalp and it’s great for skin. It has many other valued properties so I decided to order. It has a floral scent that reminds me of vanilla. I mixed it with rosemary and honeysuckle oils for a hair loss treatment. I hope it works. Fingers crossed!

The smell is to die for. Lovely.

This brand of styrax benzoin has a very mild scent. Unfortunately, I find it too weak to use as a base note for perfume making as its scent evaporates and fades too quickly on the skin. Almost smells like melted candle wax after a few minutes.
