My daughters arms are 12” in length and 6” wrist. What size would she need?

Depending on the circumference of her bicep I would recommend either our regular Large without thumbhole or Large Plus. The wrist strap product is made the same as the Large Plus Pedi-Wrap except it has the Velcro wrist strap instead of the shoulder strap.
