These did not help lose any weight. They do taste great (better than Goli)I take these before my workouts because they do give a little bit energy.I also take them if my stomach is a nauseous.

I like that these are soft, taste apple-y, like ACV and are not loaded with other “healthy” ingredients that to me, make the gummies have an aftertaste and weird texture that is NOT pleasant. If I want algae/spirulina, turmeric, ginger, etc. I’ll take. that. These gummies do not contain those. The flavors are from ACV, pomegranate juice, and beet juice powders sweetened with glucose syrup and sugar. Yes, sugar. YAY! I’m horribly allergic to artificial sweeteners and I cannot tell you how many health products use them, from cold tablets, cough syrups to vitamins AND, ACV gummies. These thankfully, I can take. And I love them!!
