Hush baby
Good product looks great 👍 you definitely will need extra padding for newborn as they will be not sitting correctly. This will be perfect from about 2months. My son 3weeks and need extra support

Only worked for 2+ months
I've only had this product since October and is not working. It keeps stopping. It goes on when no baby in it but once babys in it it stops more than it starts. Baby is 4 months prem . Weight 9.5 pounds. Now stuck with it.

Very poor quality battery that is required is not widely available way too deep for babies to sit comfortably

FANTASTIC VALUE
Was really suprised with this item, I bought for my 4 month old granddaughter thinking she wouldn't get much use of it but that's not the case. She has plenty of room to grow, the seat part rotates so no need to drag the seat around, you just swivel it then lock it. The swing action is fabulous as are the music sounds. Forget mamaroo and buy this instead. You might need some insert if using for a new baby.

Its alright but not good for newborns
If you have a newborn I don’t recommend you buy this .. just because the seat is very down so , it make it hard for the newborns to breath ..However it’s easy to assemble and fold .My newborn is 2 months and I have to put blankets on the seat so he stays up ..

Broke after 2 months and very unhelpful customer service
We got this just before our son was born and for the first 2 months it was everything we needed! However after 2 months it stopped swinging after 30 seconds of use. I reported this to the company and they requested the product be ripped and images me sent as proof. When we queried this we were sent a copy and paste repeat. If you need something that's easy to build and only needs 2 months worth of use then it will function for your needs. But if you need it for longer and want assistance with it breaking its a waste of money.

Love it!
This chair is amazing, my 6 week baby loves her contact naps but sometimes mama needs a break to do other things around the house and see to her brother. She likes quite vigorous rocking so I have put on highest setting number 6. First time using she went to sleep instantly and although she woke a few times the rocking soon sent her back off.Well worth buying.
