Mother and Maiden is a one of a kind double sided soft sculpture. On one half is a young and innocent girl, full of promise and wonder. Her arms are clasped gently behind her back as she contemplates the future. The opposite side shows a woman about to enter the wonderful world of motherhood. Her arms gently clasp her rounded belly as she waits for her next adventure to begin. Both sides show a dandelion in its complimentary stage of life. This sculpture would make a unique gift for a midwife or OB, or for the beautiful mothers in your life. Please note, this is a one of a kind soft sculpture, and is not a suitable toy for children or animals. She is made out of wire and local wool, and will come lovingly packaged from my home to yours.
