Game changer
My hands were taking a beating and haven’t been able to find gloves that fit comfortably. My coach put me on to these and they’ve been a game changer. Not only do they make gripping weights much more comfortable they give you a grip like no other and in turn makes it easier to lift more weight and for longer. These will level up your training!

ゴールドジムのを暫く使ってたので、これが駄目な筈もなく。 間違いないのでバーサのリピート。 最初はかなり硬い印象で、手首が痛いけど、20回も使えば馴染む筈。 パワーグリップは安価な物が沢山出てますが、結構な確率で後悔します。 なので、￥10000払って、約2年は、ストレス無くしっかり使えるこちらは結局コスパ良し。 トレーニング歴43年の投稿です。

One size down of what you think you need.
Orderd small got extra small in post, turns out they are the perfect size and smalls would have been to big. If you are unsure what size to get, go one size smaller.
