This is my second Swiss Diamond pan the first from amazon. It heated very quickly on my induction burner and cooked fast and efficiently. I will be purchasing more Swiss diamond pans in future I absolutely love them. I know they are more expensive but one a month is affordable and they last when taken care of. My first one was 10 years old and only lost when in a car that was in a car due to an accident. I’m still heartbroken.

Swiss Diamond Cookware is amazing. It is completely non-stick and easy to clean. The Diamond composite coating is durable and makes book cooking and clean up a breeze. These are far superior to other brands including some of the top of the line brands. I started with their Wok, and gradually ended up with a full set of frying pans, Woks, and Saucepans. Great products.

Sturdy well made product. perfect size for our needs

It was nice and worked well for about one year then the coating started showing scratches, completely unexpected since I only use plastic or wooden cooking utensils and pots from other brands are holding up very well.

This is the third Swiss Diamond pan I have ordered as Christmas gifts, this is the only one to arrive not in its original box. I came inside a standard Amz box with some packing. I was disappointed to say the least, it was not listed as a second or returned when I placed the order. I will make it work.

durability and dishwasher safe

I bought this in January and loved it. About 6 weeks ago I noticed that the coating was peeling around the top. I contacted Swiss Diamond customer service and they told me that the photo's I sent also showed scratches on the inside. I didn't even notice them, but was told that I must have scratched around the top too and it was all my fault. I had tried to be careful with the pan and the only thing that would have scratched the top was the lid itself. Now I am worried about the coating coming off in food. It was an expensive pan and it does this. They have lost my business.Update: October 3, 2022 It has been 40 days since I sent the pan in. No word from the company. Cost me around $20 to send it in. It would have been nice to get an email giving me an explanation. They got their money and I guess that's all that matters. Buyers beware. If I do hear something I will update again. Complaining on here is the only thing to do. At least it makes me feel better!!

I have a set of another brand of non-stick cookware. I think I'll like this brand better. The 2 quart has a nice profile. As a result food cooks more quickly. The interior is smooth (my other pan had circular grooves which now fill with food that sticks since the non-stick coating is gone). I would buy additional cookware from Swiss Diamond.

I find the Swiss Diamond Hard Anodized cookware to be pretty good. Amazon shipped this pot in the same box as another, but did not nearly enough bubble wrap in the box. The two pots banged into each other, denting/gouging both in the process. I guess the Amazon packer was just too cheap with the bubble wrap this time.

non-stick cooking utensils should have a relatively smooth finishing I suppose. The pan I received is smooth in most areas but has 2 tiny bubbles sticking out where the arrows are pointing at. This is an imperfection. I won't buy a pan like this in a store. I don't know will it cause any health issues, or will it come off on a later date and pose a threat to health.
