So basically I bought this product is a saw unit measures the temperature but when you put your hand to spray sanitizer it measures your hand temperature is not the head temperature I don’t know if this is accurate but you know I am liking it so

Difficult to adjust and hand sanitizing isn’t working properly

As a small business owner I loved the idea of the 2 in 1 option, the temp check while simultaneously the hands getting cleaned with the hand sanitizer. The problem was we tried various hand sanitizers. The first was too thick and got stuck in the tube, the thinner one was too watery and poured out too quickly and then in trying to mix the two to gauge the right amount of consistency, it was too sticky and made your hands feel like crap. I usually don't return items and just make it work but for this I put in the effort to repackage, lug it to a site and returned it. It really wasn't worth my time. I'm trying to run a business in the heart of this covid pandemic. In addition, the instructions were difficult to follow.

You must have the correct voltage charger anything less than what's printed in the instructions will produce weird temperatures. A very good product. Works well.

Machine does not pump out correctly maybe every 2nd or 3rd person then only half or no product will come out and the stand is not very sturdy.
