I have been using Oregon's Wild Harvest products for years now. What's great is you can actually see the herbs in the capsules. Other supplements smell like paint or other chemicals when you open the bottle. With Wild Harvest, there's no chemical smell... That gives me a little more confidence in their products. The effect is noticeable as well. Try for yourself and you'll notice the difference.

Good product

I was trying straight Berberine and my Naturopath redirected me to Oregon Grape only to discover my usual supplement company no longer carries it. So, I went to Oregon Wild Harvest that is still sustaining it and selling it in a healthy form. There really isn't a taste as it's in capsule form and it doesn't have a feed back, so I know it's a good healthy supplement and will continue to use it for my best health.

My FORMER doctor had done a blood glucose test on me and even though my blood glucose was only in the mid 90's, she said my A1C was elevated and wanted me to take metformin. I was miserable with the side effects so I did research and found out that berberine is a natural way to control glucose. Stopped the metformin and started taking berberine. I am so glad I did. I was having problems with my ankles swelling and this relieves that for the most part. I take it right before breakfast EVERY morning. The relief of the swelling was within 2 days and returns right away if I don't take it. I haven't had my glucose tested again yet, but this swelling being gone is enough for me to continue it. I did however discover I had to take it right before I eat. Taking on an empty stomach and then not eating right away was a bit hard on my delicate stomach.
