One needs to do some improvising re pattern. But it comes out very nice. I am pleased. Good quality. Easy to do .

The media could not be loaded.  I’m not a beginner but I wouldn’t consider this kit a beginners kit but it was fun to do and the thread is bright and colorful. I think it came out great.

I bought this kit a few months ago. While I am not a novice at needlework, it has been a number of years since I last did any. I was excited to find a kit that included everything needed to complete a project. Unfortunately, I opened the package today, only to find that the included hoop is completely useless. It is, without a doubt, the worst hoop I have ever encountered. VERY cheaply made. The texture is not smooth to the touch and you will get splinters from handling it. Sadly, that is not even what makes the hoop useless. That would be the inner hoop. It came out of the package, completely split (see photo). Now the project needs to be set aside for longer, until a replacement hoop can be purchased. Definitely DO NOT purchase for a gift without purchasing a quality replacement hoop beforehand.

Very nice kit. The instructions were easy to follow, there were plenty of materials to complete the project. Good quality and good pricing.

Can someone post a picture of the instructions that say how many strands and what kind of stitch it is? I left mine at my house and can’t go back to get it :(((Here’s the actual review! This is my first time embroidering and I am loving it! I think it is rather easy though the part of the instructions that said how each stitch was done, confused me a little bit, but that’s only because I’m a visual learner and I needed to watch it be done, but there are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to do the stitches! I would definitely recommend this!!

I haven't started the project yet, but everything advertised was included. The instructions could be a little clearer/more detailed, but everything looks decent quality for the price.

I am incredibly disappointed with this kit. This has to be the cheapest most ridiculous embroidery kit i have ever bought. First off, this is supposed to be a complete kit yet it DID NOT come with any needles. Second, the fabric for the embroidery is VERY thin and not at all suitable for embroidery purposes. It so thin that even the slightest pull causes a hole and it’s literally falling apart in my hand by unraveling on it own. Also you have to embroider very softly meaning you can’t pull stitches tight because it causes the base fabric to pull, creates holes and causes the whole thing to bunch up. Also the hoop is trash.. it can barely hold the thin fabric, the fabric just slips threw so you have to constantly readjust the fabric on the hoop. These cheap wood hoops are entirely useless, they simply cheap. The thread provided is AWFUL!!! There are knots in the thread which means i can use entire portions of thread, i had to use my own. All this poor quality makes this VERY frustrating to finish. I feel like i have wasted money and time fighting with it simply due to how cheap everything is. I HIGHLY recommend you do not bother with this kit. There are far better kits, this is trash.

Bought it as it was cheap and this is my first attempt at embroidery. The instructions were easy to follow and the kit provided more than enough thread. I even changed around where some of the colours are used and added a border and still had surplus thread. More than happy with this.

I bought this as one of my beginner make all my mistakes on kinda project . Not bad but material is not brilliant but easy to use and practice

I am really disappointed with this purchase, the material is so thin it’s almost see though and if you pull the thread too tight it rips or bunches up. I won’t be carrying on with it.

The instructions need to be much clearer, i found it difficult to sort out colours on such a small picture.
