Good for low intensity workout. Not for any high intensity workouts.
It fits me perfect, but it's not strong support enough, as far as shoulder straps are concerned. Few washs after they will get stretched.

The product delivered was not like as shown in the display. The bra support are not good. And cloth is thin. The straps wr grey in color not black.

After a few washes, the fabric used to cover the breast pads came off and the bra shrank a bit and I haven’t even used it for a month.

It said its supportive, but it is not. selected L size as I usually do, but Too large and material is very thin for a sports item
