Extra Strong 27.5” tire tubes for my cool new ActBest ebike.
I got two Slime 27.5” self sealing tire tubes for my ActBest 27,5” wheeled e-bike, each tube was $6.95 each.

if i like it than you know its a good product!
I'm a stickler when it comes to anything always nitpicking everything, looking for any flaw i can and despite the fact that there not solid rubber inner tubes they are pretty good! before i bought these i was attempting to have BELL custom make me solid rubber inner tubes but as you probably guess it was futile, so i decided to get the next best thing Hesitantly of course and reluctantly already thinking "its just a waste of money for something that isn't absolutely flat proof!" cause before i was getting flats literally every other day because i ride a 90Ib E-bike and i already weigh over 175Ibs and last i checked there's not a weight rating on any bicycle inner tubes and that's because no one expected there to be electric bikes riding around so naturally there's not any custom inner tubes capable of supporting the extra weight without blowing out or slicing into the inner tube from the rims due to the sheer weight but to my surprise these slime inner tubes have held up quite well and I've had them for roughly 3 weeks now, i even bought a big bottle of slime just in case and i haven't had to use it once heck its still in the box unopened if that says anything?

Stem issues. Buyer beware
I would not purchase these. I have had issues with two of them with little to no riding time. One of them the screw on cap was stuck to the threads, when I tried to remove I heard air coming out. All I was trying to do was add air and couldn’t. The other the stem came loose right to my hand and was leaking air. Bad design on both. Great concept but neither worked for me after not even 10 miles on each. Frustrating to say the least.

They seem heavy but the slime plugs the punctures
These seem noticeably heavier than normal tubes. I have no scientific data whatsoever to back that up but I'm guessing it would be expected due to the "slime" inside the tubes. I ride my bike every day and, while I was initially bummed out by the added weight, after a couple days they just felt normal. They definitely work as designed. We have these things all over the place here called yellow star thistle, which have some of the gnarliest thorns you will find, and really should be eradicated from the planet as they serve no purpose other than to puncture bicycle tires. These tubes have already saved me a couple times from those yellow star thistles. I saw a thorn rotating on my tire so I stopped and, against my better judgement, pulled the thorn out, at which point I heard the tire start hissing. But after a few seconds of hissing, a seal was achieved and I was able to continue riding with barely any loss in tire pressure. More recently, I was riding and noticed that my rear seemed low, so I stopped to take a look and sure enough, yellow star thistle. The loss of air in the tire was noticeable, but the slime seal was achieved quickly enough that I still had enough air to make it back home. I pumped up the tire when I got home and it's been holding air ever since.I recommend these if you are in an area with thorns and are ok with a bit of added weight in exchange for added puncture protection.
