there are 2 sizes listed "Large" and "3.5 Gallon" are they different? How big is the large?

I think there is only 1 size; large or 3 1/2 gal(same thing). The price difference seems to be due to the seller. I purchased the large and it is 3 1/2 gal.

It hold 3 1/2 without ice about 3 with ice.

What is the difference in the large vs the 3.5 gallons?
