These frames look great, especially for plastic frames. They don’t stay closed though and I’ve had to add a piece of tape on the inside to keep them closed.All in all, ok option but I’m sure there’s better

Do NOT buy. This will NOT hold your records in place. Cheap plastic material, which I was fine with just foe display, but if you cannot have your records in the frame... purchase is useless. I waited too long to install, so cannot return. Don't waste your money.

The frame can hold a single album well, but it has trouble holding a double or triple album. The frame latches are plastic and not that strong, but you can make them stronger with a cotton swab. The front of the frame latches at the top to the back of the frame. By placing a cut cotton swab underneath the plastic latch at the back of the frame (see pic) it forces the latch up and it makes a better stronger connection.

This is a fantastic concept and these were some of the only frames I could find where I could easily switch out the record displayed. They are very easy to hang and look great, but it took some effort on my part to get them to stay latched shut. The plastic on the back is so flimsy that it wasn’t holding the front closed. Another reviewer mentioned stuffing a cotton swab underneath the back plastic piece to hold it up so it would hold the front closed. This worked great and it makes the product feel so much sturdier. I just think for the price of these, I shouldn’t have to do anything to make them do what they were advertised to do.
