Lovely colour and doesn't irritate eyes but runs for no reason
I applied the pencil to the waterline of my lower lid (after applying foundation around my lower lids and the area immediately under my eyes) first thing in the morning. When I looked in the mirror by early afternoon it was smudged all around my lower eye sockets which I was surprised about as I didn't touch my eyes and they didn't water.
