This unit is beautiful, the hair is soft and has beautiful waves. Great quality hair for the price. I did add 1 additional pack of hair the make it Fuller and a touch longer. I got a 20" unit! I didn't give it a 5 star because I have only worn it for about a week so I would like to see the last ability before rating it a 5 star.

Edit:12/21/21-inboxed me to give me better hair if I changed my first review to the one below because the first hair was horrible I received the next and tried to install it on my client and the hair was once again HORRIBLE I would’ve preferred a refund if they knew it was going to be bad hair again overall lost about $300 on clients booking products and refunding cause of over shedding and baldingLight shedding super soft easy to dye and bleach will be buying another

Package arrived quickly in a bag without a box and only a thin cardboard strip around the hair. It did come with a netted wig cap and a headband. The hair seems soft and silky. Was hoping for better packaging for the price paid.

Pros: 4 star ⭐️ Very soft hair.Cons: they sent neutral lace not brown . Thank you for my refund Kim, excellent customer service ;-))

The media could not be loaded.  I love the wig the hair is lovely the only thing is the ear tags they where too short it didn’t fit my head but I made it work so better than the one I got on AliExpress

The shipping was fast the hair feels so good and there was no foul smell it fits my head perfectly and they also have wonderful customer service. I’ve experienced no shedding so far on the wig I am about to dye the hair jet black and install it again and wear it.
