How to make it smooth turning
I bought 24 INCH Lazy SUSAN in USA. I find it hard to rotate on my dinning table. What needs to be done. Please guide me.

Lot of sound and rough movement
The media could not be loaded. There is huge sound coming while using it....

Very cheap material and poor build quality
The balls got rusted and jammed with just 3 months of usage. Terrible build quality, Cheap material. Not reliable

While moving it is making noise and rotation is not smooth
Poor quality, can’t take load of the ring, we have a smaller dia one which is better
