As sarah mclaughlin once sang , “ in the arms of an angel “ well my wife had a few major surgeries within 6 months . Each of these surgeries could have taken her life but thank god she made it through, if you ask her she will tell you that this little angel statue helped her and it gave her the strength that she needed to calm herself enough to relax and put her faith in god to pull her through each of the surgeries. So if you have a loved one that needs a little security trinket to get them through a tough time I highly recommend this . It’s also very well made and worth every penny .

Perfect for someone that needs a little hope in their life
Barb: I first discovered the Susan Lordi Willow Tree figurines while visiting a friend in the hospital. She was diagnosed with colon cancer and I wanted to bring her a small gift...mainly an angel to watch over her. The gift shop had a nice selection of angels, but the ones that I fell in love with, were the Willow Tree Angels...they looked so serene and calm. The artist Susan Lordi, has a beautiful way of conveying the perfect message for each individual figurine. She has made a lovely collection to choose from, and each one is the right one for the occasion. They are made of a resin that is carved/treated to look like wood. They are sweet and delicate-looking, but sturdy. The metal wings are a simple design, but are the perfect compliment to the rest of the figure's body. I just purchased a third angel from Amazon, for another friend in the hospital, going to Hospice next. There is something about Angels that has everyone feeling positive and relaxed, when around them!
