The timer is very straight forward to set up and easy to make any programme changes.The casing seems sturdy and the front covers both the dial and the LCD screen which really good option and very beneficial compared to others in the market.

Quite a nice timer. Been working well for the last couple of months.

Does the job, but as others have stated, if the individual timers are set for less than roughly 5 minutes running time, but the same start time it will not work.Needed the same start time for each side but different run times, but channel A or 1 is the only side that works, so have to set both as the same run time to get water through the other side as well.Defeats the purpose of having 2 individual timers.

Suddenly stopped working 3 months later

أحببت شكل الجهاز ولونه والسعر المناسب إضافة سهولة البرمجةوحقيقة لم أبدآ بتشغيل الجهاز بعد لمعرفة مدى نجاح التشغيل وعدم ظهور مشاكل تجعلني أغير تقييمي للجهاز وسوف أقوم بتشغيلة قريبآ لمعرفة ذلك وأتمنى أن يكون كل شئ على ما يرام .

East to set up and works well

Um unseren Rasen mit umgebenen Pflanzen und gleichzeitig die Tomaten im Hochbeet während der heißen Sommermonate und im Urlaub mit Wasser zu versorgen, war ich auf der Suche nach einem Bewässerungssystem mit zwei separat steuerbaren Ausgängen.Die im Gartenfachhandel angebotenen Geräte der Fa. G****** hatten entweder nicht die geforderten Funktionen oder waren mir einfach zu teuer.Trotz anfänglicher Skepsis (Made in C.) und einzelner Rezensionen, die von kurzer Lebensdauer berichteten, habe ich mich dann für die graurote/ weißrote Variante dieses Gerätes entschieden.Die knapp 50 Euro waren gut investiert!Das Gerät hat unsere Pflanzen immer brav und pünktlich gewässert und kommt dabei für das ganze Jahr problemlos mit 2 × 1,5 V Batterien aus.Ja, die Anleitung ist nicht soooo ausführlich, aber die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr intuitiv (Rad in die erste Rastung "Set Clock" - mit den Pfeiltasten die Uhrzeit einstellen, nächste Rastung "Start Time", hier mit L und R den jeweiligen Ausgang auswählen und mit den Pfeiltasten die Zeit, nächste Rastung "How long", dann "How often" und dann weiter auf "Run" ). "Off" erklärt sich wohl von selbst ;-)Wenn man mal zwischendurch "von Hand" wässern möchte, auch kein Problem (allerdings muss der Drehknopf dafür unbedingt auf "Run" stehen).Unser Garten (60 m²) war für das Bewässerungssystem keine Herausforderung, im Herbst habe ich zum Entkalken (bei uns ist das Wasser SEHR kalkhaltig) einmal Wasser mit Zitronensäure durchlaufen lassen, die Batterien entnommen und das Gerät ordentlich trocknen lassen - so hat es im Keller problemlos überwintert.Probleme mit dem "frickeligen" Kunststoff- Adapter kann ich auch nicht bestätigen, absolut dicht und geschmeidig auf den Wasserhahn zu schrauben.Der Deckel des Gerätes hat mir zunächst kein Vertrauen eingeflößt, da er keine Dichtung hat, aber nach den ersten Regengüssen war das Bedienfeld trotzdem noch trocken und ich beruhigt.Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung, ich habe keine Schwächen gefunden.

With holidays coming up I needed a second timer and as a double outlet was not a huge leap in price went for this model. It seems well built, is fairly solid and has standard fittings and, once you work it out, it is easy to programme. Like a lot of people, looking at questions, I found the right hand outlet would not work. I tried resets (removing the slide in battery case) and all measures of reprogramming before working out a solution.As you set the start time, you set the left outlet then press L-R and set the right outlet. Then set the duration for the left, press L-R and set for the right. Although never mentioned in the instructions, it appears you have to key in each setting for each outlet as you go along - or at least check on screen which outlet you are programming as it seems to default to left.On my model the right outlet was set at 0 which meant it would never start no matter how often I programmed it.Once set you can change timings without too much trouble. I have no idea if that was the way it was designed to operate but it worked for me.As for the unit, it fits on a standard tap fitting and the enclosed connectors work with standard hose fittings from Hozelock and Gardena with no need for excessive tightening and, most important, no leaks. Once the programming was sorted the outlets open and close on time and the ability to water for a matter of minutes every four hours is brilliant to deal with a newly sown area of lawn while another area of veg where I will stand hanging baskets, pots an so on while on holiday, can get a longer soak in the late evening on the other outlet. I also bought the rain sensor which should stop the age old problem of automatically watering in a downpour.Cannot speak of longevity or reliability as yet, but so far I am very pleased now the programming is sorted.
