I’m using this product for a different purpose than intended. I needed a way to pump creek water up a small hill over 40ft distance and decided to try thisIt works very well. Pumps water fast without requiring too much effort.After about 40ft of distance and over 15ft of incline the reverse pressure becomes too much, however even a reversed rubber stopper was easy to fix in this pump by taking it apart and reassemblingI use this every weekend to pump water up to a small backyard farm lot

I don't have a boat, but I did have a flooded basement after the recent deluges. It worked perfectly emptying the basement of water! In this case, I just needed to get it started, and gravity pulled out the rest of the water, emptying the basement in no time!

This does its job but I plan to purchase a different manual pump with greater capacity.

I am going to use this for my home ac when the condensate line gets clogged!

This manual bilge pump is all id hoped for... once I got it home and worked it into place. It was gushing in no time. At first I was worried I might hurt it , but soon I found it could really get worked. Yes... my friends , this brings me soo much pleasure to know it works as it should.

This is about as simple as it gets, and I can't say how long it may last or how it stands up to sun exposure, but as far as the quality and simplicity it is 100%.

I bought this to replace a slightly larger hand bilge pump. It was not a direct fit. The large hole was OK, but I did have to drill new holes for the mounting screws. It is mounted in the cockpit of a sailboat, through the side. The old pump had a critical part that was corroded and failed as I was pumping out the bilge after the main pump failed! The price of this pump was slightly more than the parts to fix the old one, and plastic does not corrode.

It is a pain to replace a smaller older pump. You have to cut the mounting hole bigger and the bolt holes. It comes with a template that really helps. When you're done it's worth the trouble. It is the Gold Standard in manual pumps.

This has replaced a unit we used to use. So far it works well.

J'ai été surpris par l'efficacité de cette pompe à main. Je me sers de cette pompe pour amorcer mon tuyau de diamètre 19 reliant mon puit à un bac d'eau servant d'abreuvoir. J'ai ajouté un réducteur car la pompe nécessite d'être raccordée par un tuyau de diamètre 25. J'ai placé ma pompe à l'extrémité du tuyau qui mesure environ 10 m avec un dénivellé d'environ 1,5 m. Je l'ai posé sur le sol, l'ai maintenu et j'ai effectué 5 coups de pompe et mon tuyau était amorçé. Rapide et efficace.

I use this to pump water from the garden well. Hard wearing reliable and weatherproof. Bit of a workout to fill the watering cans but I love it.The plastic cover on the hand slips a bit which is a pity on a otherwise quality product
