Not the item I ordered
First off, I love Country Life, I have been taking the Calcium Magnesium for years. The only reason for fewer stars is because I received the wrong item and can't return it.

Well I can definitely tell they’re real because they’re real hard…and I’m an idiot and didn’t order the capsules that are much easier to swallow, and don’t feel like you just swallowed 2 rocks 🪨 🪨 4 stars for anyone attempting to stay healthy w giant horse pills.
