Country Life Vitamin B2 100 mg Tablets 100's

I take B2 daily, along with a few other supplements for migraines. I have tried other B2 supplements that are cheaper, but each time the migraines quickly become more frequent and severe so I keep coming back to Country Life. I wish they offered a bigger size bottle, each pill is 100 mg and I take 4 daily, so one bottle only lasts 25 days. I end up with lots of these small bottles in my medicine cabinet, at least they are glass and recyclable.

This supplement gives me relief from a deficiency and is so important a B vitamin. Thanks. FYI - muscle testing was the way I learned of the deficiency and that this helps. And I eat healthfully.

Did you know this is a synthetic form of B2? Me neither... sigh. At least this was a cheaper rip off. Ingredient: riboflavin Vitamin B2 – Synthetic riboflavin is made with acetic acid and nitrogen or using genetically modified bacteria and fermentation. It has been shown to be less absorbable and then quickly removed from the blood stream and expelled in urine like a toxin would be. Real Riboflavin is found as: riboflavin-5-phosphate

Great product, but just a warning this will turn your pee yellow, and if you're Breastfeeding, baby's pee yellow, and spit up a bit yellow. But great product!!!!
