Lock was delivered without keys. How can we operate a lock without a key? It took more than a week for the order to be delivered and this is what we get.Unreliable and waste of time.

sturdy and strong
This is my first Aligarh lock. It is very sturdy and heavy and the keys too. Keys are double sided and hence it is easy to operate the lock. In some press type locks keys cannot be removed from the lock once the lock is opened and it can be removed only when the lock is pressed and locked again. In this case the key can be removed after opening the lock. The lock itself looks quite sturdy and unpickable which happens to be the reputation of Aligarh. However to insert the key in its slot to unlock requires special skill.
