## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do they have a solid barrel or multiple parts? Not asking bout the actual retraction piece, but the area near the gel grip. Thx!**
A: The pen has a solid barrel (on the bottom) where you would be gripping the pen with your fingers. The tip of the pen does not unscrew from the barrel like some pens. Hopefully that answers your question?

**Q: Do these pens have springs in them?**
A: Thank you for contacting Newell Brands Office Products. The pens do have a spring located inside the barrel. Thanks,Newell Brands Office Products

**Q: Are refills available?**
A: No, they can't be refilled

**Q: Does the ink in these pens smear easily?**
A: I don’t find these pens to smear easily. They write smoothly. If you are left handed, I think any pen has a chance to smear (speaking from experience)
