I ordered these for my wife as she has been trying to loose weight but she also has chronic fatigue syndrome so especially in the mornings she has no energy so much so that she can't even talk.She has been taking these gummies for a few weeks now and within the first two weeks she had more energy and even the mornings have become much better for her.As far as weight loss goes she hasn't lost any yet but it is easy days so with another months supply that side of these might start to work but as far as giving energy these seem to be working brilliantly.You take these once a day with food and my wife has just been taking the advised amount of two gummies that she has with her dinner which with the supplied sixty gummies will last for one month. These gummies have a lovely fruity taste that she enjoys so that's also a help to be able to keep taking them.She now wants me to order some more so that tells me they are working well for her and hopefully they will also help her with her weight in time.Recommended.

I was not a fan of these gummies as i did not enjoy the taste at all meaning i could not comment on whether the product actually works.They have a jelly like texture with an almost sugar like coating but they have a horrible after taste to them.You can taste the mango flavour but not the orange really and the flavour only lasts a second before the unpleasant, flavour comes into play. It also lingers in your mouth for a while after.It may be due to my taste buds but i would not purchase this product again.I may have purchased if the flavour was enjoyable but for me they were not.I liked the idea of these gummies as i have a slow metabolism and thought they would be a great addition to my diet. I tried a few to see if they may taste better after a while but i could not get used to the taste at all.

Do not know yet how well it will work to help with fat reduction.
