I have been using this electrolyte powder. Mix for a little over a year now. I put one scoop in my water bottle almost every time I fill it up, I use a 32 ounce water bottle. It really does not have much flavor at all, I did not want any flavor. If you happen to get a chunk in your mouth, it might taste a little salty, but it has virtually no effect on a 32 ounce water bottle. One of these little containers will last me a couple of months and I never have an issue with clumping. It is easy to use and definitely cost-effective. A very good value for the money, there are 100 servings.

I have tried what seems like millions of electrolyte replacement formulas. I lived with many professional triathletes, and they were always getting promo trials of different formulas from different companies. None of the ones you can buy in stores or even the "professional athlete" brands are anywhere near as good as this stuff. I love that there are no additives - no sweeteners, no stevia or agave or anything of the kind, no flavors, no gums or thickening agents - just pure electrolyte solution. They also have a "sport" version for those that are more active. I have a hard time staying hydrated, and for whatever reason, regular water just seems to run right through me but never actually hydrate me. This is the first product that has made any difference for me with this issue, and it turned out to make a huge difference! I can retain the hydration from this (without ever feeling bloated or like I am overly-retaining water). My lips are no longer dry and peeling all the time; my skin is softer, more supple, and needs less lotion. I also notice a dramatic decrease in my energy levels on days when I forget to start my day with a large glass of this. Highly recommended!

This stuff has been an absolute game-changer. I used to leave really hard workouts so dehydrated that I quite honestly felt like I was leaving the gym drunk. Also I tend to get horrible cramping / DOMs sometimes. I mix this stuff with a little bit of low-sugar gatorade to hide the salty taste, and then I mix all that with a ton of water. When I can feel I am dehydrated, this plus a little Gatorade completely revives me. I do not get very sore anymore. Also works great for when I get a hangover and am dehydrated from that. My sweat is very salty, and I have been a religious water drinker for a long time but water just doesn't seem to totally hydrate me - the salt in this really does the trick and I can really feel a huge difference in energy. My fiance also notices a huge difference when I mix this + a little low sugar gatorade + a ton water when he's doing yardwork all day.

I’ve been using for about 1.5 years and I will keep using it. Mixes well with my morning and post-workout shakes.

I have ordered this a few times, and occasionally it has been a bit clumpy (some soft 2-3mm clumps) but with stirring, was usable. Had one order that was too clumpy to use. Then this latest order, December 2022, came with 1cm to 1.5cm clumps, much larger and harder than prior shipments. I had to get a refund (can't be returned), and am not ordering any more. If they can't control the consistency of the medium, who knows what the actual ingredient control is. My first review was "Worst tasting electrolyte I've tried, even at low concentrations. I don't find it works any better either." But my wife finds it has almost no taste and has no objection to it. So I guess when it comes to these unflavored electrolytes, there's no accounting for taste and you'll have to try it yourself.

I would get really bad cramping after certain workouts, even when hydration was on point. After using this and not changing anything else, the cramping didn’t come back, so it definitely works if your problem is an electrolyte imbalance. As to the taste, I mix 2 scoops in a a 75 oz water jug and it tastes mildly salty, but I can hardly tell. I don’t know what or why everyone is complaining. It’s clearly listed as non-flavored, which I would highly prefer over something with tons of sugars or sweeteners. If you don’t like the taste, dilute it with more water.
