**Q: Does this require painting?  Approximately how many hours should it take an adult to put this together?**
A: Nope, no painting. The clear plastics that you see in the picture are for being able to see the internals move during its battery operated cycle. Takes a couple hours to assemble with the separation of parts since it’s multiple pieces formed/poured in one molding. But it’s multiple moldings. It doesn’t take much effort. My main recommendation is having a pocketknife or a utility knife handy to clean up the ear like sections on the pieces after removing from the molds for smooth operation.

A: plastic

A: No glue needed. They use screws

**Q: How big is the assembled engine?**
A: Its a good size, probably about a foot long and less than a foot tall.
