Have been a Cole Haan customer for over 15 years, and love their boots and dressy shoes.I have tried several Cole Haan sneakers in store while in the USA and they all fit perfectly in size 8. Stitchlight was roomier, and 7.5 worked better for me. I now have two pairs in leather, three pairs in stitchlight and no issues for 5+ years. For the boots, I get 8.5 to allow for a thicker sock if needed and have never had any issues.Yet I seem to have horrible luck with ordering Cole Haan stitchlight on Amazon.The first pair I ordered was size a pair of white 7.5. I couldn't even get it on. Was 1.5 cm shorter than needed. Gave it to my friend and decided to size up.This particular pair is size 9, EU39, was 3 cm longer than my foot. It's going back.Another design, ordered in size 8.5 is at least 1.5 cm longer than needed. Socks don't help, still too long.Ordered size 7.5 for my sister - looks like the first pair of white size 8.5.I am not sure if the manufacturing plants changed or I'm getting fake ones - very disappointing experience.

Great shoe. I have always liked the brand and they have yet again come up totally to my expectations. True to size and looks great. Modern sleek and stylish.

Don't usually write reviews, but these shoes are so cute I had to write. They fit true to size. My feet are narrow, so they are a little loose, but would fit a medium foot well. I wanted something that fit like a sneaker but didn't look like sneakers. I love the style. They look very classy and are comfortable to wear. The little gold touches on the tongue and back are a cute added touch. The support is pretty good. I think they would be more supportive if I was able to get them in narrow, but are close enough. They are a good value. I found them for much, much more on other sites.
