I received my first set of spoons and found imperfections in half my set. On the card it came with it said to please reach out to the company if any issues arise and so instead of writing a bad review, I reached out to someone and sent them pictures in a chat (it was super easy, took minutes) and they instantly apologized and told me they would send out another set. Sure enough it was that simple, they sent me a new set of spoons in perfect condition within a few days and im so happy I reached out to them instead of making a complaint in the form of a review. This is how it should always be. Everyone should be given the opportunity to fix a problem and they more than fixed it. Excellent customer support and beautiful spoons! No regrets at all. Thank you for quickly sending the spoons out and for being so professional. Buy these spoons, you won’t regret it, they’re gorgeous!! Beautiful color, holes at the tip making it easy to hang (as an option). The variation in spoons is lovely and unique. I wash these by hand btw, I would not place them in a dishwasher. If you want them to last you a long time you should at least wash these by hand if you have a dishwasher.

The color was not as shone. The finish was very dull. Other than that they are fine. Just hope it does not affect the longevity of the product.Ask me after I have used them for a few months.That is why only four stars.

The utensils are very sturdy. They all are different which is to be expected since they are made out of different pieces of wood. I was concerned that they would be very fragile. But so far they are proving to be very sturdy. Even the thin edged ones are holding up very well. I would recommend them and will buy again if the need arises.

Trying to cut down on our exposure to chemicals so wanted to try wooden utensils. These are beautiful, so far very sturdy and relatively easy to clean.
